Joan is an amazing woman To work with, nothing is too much effort! She gives you 100% of her time and is so thorough and helpful throughout the both buying and selling process. Joan makes you feel like your house is the only one she is selling! She is one of the very few agents who takes her time and actually goes through the house with you answering questions, showing you everything, as well as giving you time to wander around by yourself.
