Buying our first family home through Joan was a very exciting and personable experience.

Her communication was excellent and we never had to wait long to get a call back from Joan. We liked the fact that her business was family run, rather than being part of a big property real estate chain. Joan and her family are local so she understands the surrounding property market well and also has many years of experience in the game. It was great that Joan knew the history of our property having sold it a few times now. The whole process went very smoothly once finance was approved and before we knew it we had the keys to our new home, bows and all!
