We couldn't be more grateful for Joan's help in securing our new home! After dealing with several local agents in Wodonga, many of whom were hard to get in touch with and seemed generally uninterested, we were feeling pretty disheartened. Then we found Joan. From the very beginning, she was always available, incredibly responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right property. She even took the time to stay back after the open house longer than the advertised time, just so our son could come and have a look too. That small gesture meant so much to us. We can't recommend Joan highly enough.
