Very personable and helpful in all aspects of the sale process. Kept us informed after open house inspections and advised of the need to adjust, or not, our expectations for the auction. We were very impressed with Joanna and Brenton at our first meeting and had no reason to talk to any other agents. When making contact with Joanna or Brenton if we left messages we were contacted very soon after, irrespective of the day or time thereof . Both had very good knowledge of the local market and we achieved a very good price for our home. Because we had been in our home for 57 years and had never sold before we were aware of their appreciation of our reservations during the process and they both helped us in all ways from our first meeting to the auction date. Joanna was very helpful in dealing with the purchasers on the days before Christmas to enable us to have their deposit released. we were very greatful for this at the time. Joanna and Brenton have advised that their job is not finished as they will continue to help us through the settlement process. They have both been capably assisted by the Marshall White organisation and the staff in that organisation. We also pay credit to the efforts of Matt, who was our auctioneer on the day.
