Our experience was first class. It began with some blunt advice regarding what we needed to do to make our property more appealing. We acted on this advice and sometime later had a more serious meeting with Jo and Scott to talk through the various options for marketing our home. They gave us an estimate of our home's value, did not try and sell us any of the typical 'real estate agent extras', and had our place listed (with great photographs) within a week. Jo obviously screens the clients she shows through her listings - ie, no tyre kickers wandering through one's home. Most importantly, she assembled a group of potential buyers, gave them adequate time to look at our home and, importantly, gave us plenty of notice when they were coming. Jo sold our home within a week for a price we were very happy with. She obviously does her homework and certainly gave us the impression that she was ONLY working for us.
