Joanna was the lead agent for both the property I purchased and the one I recently sold at auction. She was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and courteous and put me at ease as both buyer and seller. Joanna knew the market well, and she was very helpful with getting the house ready for market - not only what improvements to tackle but also with suggestions of tradespeople who could undertake the work. Joanna and her team make buyers feel comfortable in inspecting and considering a property.
