Not only a great agent...a lovely person too!

We knew of Joanna Gianottis from local sales and attending some open homes. She appeared professional, courteous and well presented. We always knew that when it came to selling our property that we would approach her first. When we met Joanna to discuss the sale of our property we had a good feeling that she was going to deliver. She astounded us with the manner in which she goes about her work. Everything was explained and if she said it would happen..it would. Nothing was too much for her. She responded to all calls in a timely manner and you never felt forgotten. It was like you were the only property she was selling. She is such a lovely person in general and this reflects on the relationship that you will have with her if you decide to utilise her expertise. We cant recommend her more highly. We have sold many properties over many years and having met and employed Joanna to sell our house was the best decision we made. She never gave up when offers were slim. She never talked us down during the process. She kept us in good spirits and positive that we were doing the right thing. We have enjoyed having her and her partner around the place so much so that our 5yr old daughter said that "She will miss her so much".
