Joanna communicates even outside business hours which has been really helpful to me and my wife as shift workers. Very flexible with "on demand" inspections inspite of her busy schedule. Took away all the competition from us buying this house. Very comforting and understanding with the buyer’s anxieties. She makes sure that all legal responsibilities are complied on time. She finds balance working with both the seller and the buyer. She ensures that the property is settled by the vendor at its tidiest and best condition as possible.
