Reason I chose Joanne was due to her demonstrated local knowledge and her can do attitude. She knew as much about my propery as I was, perhaps more. I was pleasantly surprised when she kept to her 'sales talk' which I had obviously discounted as a potential customer. She moved fast and was professional and helped guide me on the entire process as this is my 1st property sales. Highly recommended
