Joanne was lovely at the start of sale, happy to cater for any information I needed. Once I had put down a holding deposit she became quite pushy and seemed to not understand there is a process with the contracts and getting it signed by myself when I’m happy with it. She threatened putting the house back on the market twice even tho I had paid a holding deposit. She also made a lot of assumption about my conveyancers schedule and when things should be done by which was totally false. Overall she has been helpful but needs to have more patience, especially with first home buyers.
