We initially saw the property when we were travelling overseas, so communication was important. Joanne took calls after hours, which was helpful with the 8 hour time difference. Joanne responded to all our enquiries in a timely fashion. She was honest in her dealings with us and very personable. When we finally got back to Australia she accommodated us viewing the property outside of the normal viewing time. Once our offer was accepted, throughout the negotiations and contract exchange Joanne was responsive and helpful. We can’t fault one of aspect of Joanne’s approach to Realestate.
