We met on a Sunday afternoon. Joanne was fully prepared showing us recent sales of similar properties. We set a price range. Joanne did a fantastic online advert. Joanne then arranged photographer and all marketing. Two open days were arranged. The first open day resulted in a flow through and an offer which we accepted. The second open day had a large number of people showing interest. These people were advised a deposit had been taken but details were taken just in case. Owing to work commitments Joanne happily dealt with us outside what could be considered normal working hours. We are extremely happy with the result.
