Choosing an agent can be a confusing and difficult process, however for me it was easy. I chose Joanne initially for one reason. When I was going around to open homes Joanne was the only agent to get in touch on the day (after the open home to hear our thought's) and again follow up the day there after just to make sure If I was going to make an offer. Crucial part of the process many agents simply discount. The only concern I had at the time was Joanne was so nice! could she negotiate? My home sold in two weeks and a result beyond my expectations. Within a few hours of my home being posted, we had received hundreds of hits on the net Joanne's video was well viewed and received. The opens were a great success due to her exceptional marketing campaign which created buyer demand. My question if Joanne could negotiate was answered achieving a sale price WELL ABOVE all our expectations. Joanne was amazing!
