Joanne was one of three Real Estate agents who came for their initial appraisal of our property and interview, she was very professional and she oozed with experience in the business which was evident by the way she spoke about the area in a very confident and in a relaxed mode, her pricing of the property was well above what the other two junior agents had offered with their Mercs parked in the driveway.
