Returning from QLD after 3 years away , I knew I wanted to settle in the Victor Harbor area . So after a few days to settle , I went to PJD Real Estate agents in Victor Harbor, on Friday, to introduce myself and let them know what I required. I asked to view a home that I had seen on Real Estate.com that morning and a viewing was set up by Joanne and her team for the Sunday. Joanne was there to meet me and show me through the home , which I absolutely loved, ticking all my boxes. So I put in an offer which Joanne said she would inform the vendors of after we had finished at the home. To my delight Joanne rang me at 5pm that afternoon to say that they had accepted my offer. At the office the next day Joanne gave me a list of building and pest inspectors in the area so that I could start the next part of the process. Having viewed around ten properties over two months it was refreshing to meet Joanne who was immediately engaging.
