I would highly recommend Joanne, she has been nothing short of incredible in the sale of our house. She is extremely professional, but yet very approachable, friendly and honest. We needed to sell our house fast so that we could quickly move into our new place before the birth of our child and she managed to do this (within a few days of going to sale!) and made the entire process stress free! She also has fantastic communication skills and explained everything to us without over complicating things, as well as responding to any questions we had via text within minutes of asking them.
