Jo was lovely, knows her work

Would had liked phone calls instead of text messages, would had liked a sold sticker as well on our sighn, little more communication on what the new vendors wonted removd before settlement.

Hi Daniel, I am sorry you felt the need to leave a negative review. It was a little unexpected, had you said you wanted calls instead of texts I would have been more than happy to do so. We were out of sold stickers for a few weeks there, but again if you had mentioned you wanted one so badly, I would have made sure you got one. I am sorry if you're not 100% happy with our service, as we always try to do our best. We did manage to sell your home 3 times though. I wish you all the best with the new house and hope you're all settled in.
