It was our first time buying a house and Jo made the whole process an absolute breeze. From the very first house inspection to the signing of the contract, she was extremely friendly and helpful. Even after we'd signed the contract she was just as attentive - calling regularly to make sure we were coping with the whole process and offering her help. With Jo on board we knew there weren't going to be any nasty surprises with the property. We could just relax and look forward to moving in.
