Jo could not do enough for us. We wanted to sell our house in Brisbane from Canberra, being remote we knew it was going to be a difficult task. Jo took it on with no worries and did a lot of the running around for us. After being away from Brisbane for nine years we had no idea on market conditions, Jo gave us lots of good advice but we never felt pressured a felt every decision was ours. She got us the best price possible and with the benefit of hindsight we still fill we did the best we could have. Even when there was a hiccup with a few maintenance issues Jo organised contractors to do the repairs at the best possible price instead of just taking an easier path of reducing our price. All in all, we have no hesitation in recommending Jo as she truly had our best interests at heart.

I sold my investment property in Brookwater with Jo and would wholeheartedly recommend her. I don't live near Brookwater, so was worried about how I would get everything done. But Jo managed to arrange the repair works, prepare the house for photos, and organise open homes whilst still having the tenants in there. I believe the tenants are continuing their lease with the new owner. Jo kept me informed and updated throughout the selling process.
