- After charging 1.8% on property sale and making approx 30k in commissions, she has the audacity to ask for the promotional candles back. They undervalued the property as they had no idea of fixture and appliance value, then chased away the highest bidders to sell to a couple they had a previous relationship with. Lost $65,000 due to what could be identified as unethical business practices. I wouldn't sell with Fletchers. Typical Salespeople.

It was great working with Joanne as part of the Fletchers team. She was friendly and very efficient, always quick to respond to any of our questions as well as keeping us up to date with inspection plans and feedback.
