When it was clear to me the figure was too high we incrementally dropped it until we found a price the market was comfortable to pay. Jo's no nonsense attitude and local knowledge was what I needed in a time of mourning. She handled cleaning services, mowing and yard work services and even sent bills so I could pay them as I'm interstate. The house is sold and I am very happy. Thank you Jo for all of your help.
