It is so refreshing to find an estate agent who genuinely seems to care about all parties involved in a potential sale. Why do I think this about Jo?...She answers questions honestly, finds out answers if she doesn’t know, rather than fobbing you off; works long hours and completes tasks straight away; finds out about you and makes you feel valued; communication is superb, which I’ve never experienced to this extent before with any estate agent; support is there & nothing seems too much trouble. We are not just numbers with Jo, but real people that she wants to help and enable sales to go ahead smoothly. I would definitely go to her as a first call if the need arose again, but somehow I suspect I won’t need to, as she helped us find our forever home.
