Jo was extremely helpful in finding us a home that suits our needs exactly because she listened to our requests and obviously knows what is available in the area. She liaised with the builder and conveyancer for us and nothing was too much trouble. She replied to enquiries in a very timely manner and was always willing to meet our needs. As new residents to the area she was able to provide us with information about other trades people who could provide quotes for extras we needed. We found her to be personable, professional and very efficient.
It is so refreshing to find an estate agent who genuinely seems to care about all parties involved in a potential sale. Why do I think this about Jo?...She answers questions honestly, finds out answers if she doesn’t know, rather than fobbing you off; works long hours and completes tasks straight away; finds out about you and makes you feel valued; communication is superb, which I’ve never experienced to this extent before with any estate agent; support is there & nothing seems too much trouble. We are not just numbers with Jo, but real people that she wants to help and enable sales to go ahead smoothly. I would definitely go to her as a first call if the need arose again, but somehow I suspect I won’t need to, as she helped us find our forever home.
