I had my unit on the market with another Real Estate company who were useless, but thats another story. Consquently I was skeptical with dealing with another real esate company but from the moment I met Jo, she indicated she would be able to sell my unit and she wasnt wrong. The very next day she had someone through and continued to bring them through, she also had to contend with Xmas & New Year break where there were less people about. We had approached 11 agents over a period of 2 months to buy a property round the Langwarrin/Somerville/Botanic Ridge areas before we came across Jo. Jo took down the details of our "brief" and suggested numerous properties that would be open for inspection the next day she also suggested that it might be a good idea to do a drive by for location and "feel" of the areas (i feel Jo may have been aware of us being a little bit fussy when it came to properties and presentation...and she was 100% correct) She also suggested that we look at 2 newerproperties (and a bit more expensive) (they were a higher price than we wanted to go to) to give us an idea of what was available in the area for the $$ we wanted to spend.... After viewing both of these newer properties and 8 others that day in various areas and in various degrees of presentation we came back to Jo and made an offer on 19 Melrose Terrace, Somerville..... The rest is as they say is "history"
