Jo and Phil appraised our home and gave us an appraisal that was exactly to the dollar of what we thought it was worth and we sold at that exact dollar. Their fees and advertising were clear and fair compared to the market average. It was a refreshing experience to chat with your agent without feeling like you're being read a story book you've heard over and over. She genuinely shows real interest and clearly expresses it to potential purchasers. Being real sells and Jo's a great agent you want to sell your home or will end up wishing you had if you go elsewhere.
We met Jo through viewing a couple of other homes that we were interested in. We told her we had to sell our house before we could buy and she understood completely and never harassed us on the phone or with emails. The one thing I can't stand is viewing a house and getting a text or phone call 5 mins after the viewing.
