Excellent communication and Ressponsive to my family’s needs

Jo was always able to respond in a timely manner. She made my family feel involved in the process. Inviting my children to be involved in the sale was so lovely especially as a single parent. Jo was able to reassure me during the sale and provided me with all of the information I needed. I felt like there was no stupid question.
