My property is in Hastings and I live in Sydney. At the time I was not able to travel so all my dealings with Joanne have been conducted via phone, text or email. My sale was wasn't straight forward as it was leased to DHA and still had 5 years remaining. This mean there were stick rules around selling the property. Joanne went above and beyond in everything. Kept me updated all the time, liaised with DHA to ensure that all rules were followed, ensured all paperwork was forwarded to the correct departments. Followed up every lead to secure a buyer quickly. I just can't say enough about Joannes assistance in selling my property. It has been the MOST UN STRESSFUL sales process I've ever experienced.
