Joanne is very professional and always informs you of what's going on and after every open home, rings to inform you of how many attended and what they thought of the property. She goes the extra mile to make sure things are right for the open home, we were away and Joanne cleared away dust from the balcony and wiped the furniture. We felt comfortable ringing any time for information if we needed it and Joanne also conversed with our solicitor for information needed by any potential buyers.
