She provided a very accurate assessment of the current local market, and she was honest about the strength and weakness of our property and provide us invaluable advices in how to prepare the house ready for the sale campaign. Her recommendation of the styling made our house so appealing. We were in constant communication with her team in regard to the progress of the campaign and we trusted her decision to expand the marketing which helped secure a late inspection which added an extra bidder on auction day which no doubt help to push the final price a bit more.
