As the purchaser I thought their negotiation process was relatively fair and what you'd expect (i.e. didn't give much away but seemed to be genuinely working with vendor to convince them of a good deal). However, there were a couple of occasions where communication with me was poor - including organising an inspection but failing to confirm with tenants that they would be home so we could not get in and wasted time travelling to the property. The process of arranging settlement between my broker, conveyancer and agent was also painful and my broker seemed to think the agent was not on top of the process.

Joanne and her team went above and beyond every step of the way during the sale of our home. Constant communication gave us peace of mind as well as Joanne's extensive knowledge of the realestate market.
