We have since discovered vendors did not disclose several faults with the property and left unwanted items on the property although we understand this is not Joann's fault nor is there anything she can do about this.

Due to a series of events, the purchase of our house in Wyee Point took just over 12 months to consummate. During the first round of negotiations we found Joanne to be consistently reliable in keeping us informed about the process and updated us as soon as she had any developments. She walked us through the initial process with ease, and updated us about the activities available in the local area in line with our requirements. The initial sale did not happen, and although we were looking for something similar in/and or around the area, nothing hit us in the face. When the house again became available for sale, it was again listed with Joanne Tinsley, who signed it off with ourselves. We purchased the house in Wyee Point with retirement activities on the lake in mind and close proximity to family to allow weekend activities with Grandchildren, as well as the usual baby sitting duties.
