Jocelyn was very enthusiastic about selling our property via openn negotiation. She had a thorough knowledge of what was going to happen and was efficient in responding to any enquirers or issues that came up.... that was before the settlement and selling of the property. After settlement she was hard to get into contact with and would Not respond back to texts Or emails Which was quite disappointing seeing as she was quite responsive when she had our business.
