My partner and I decided we needed to sell our investment property in Tasmania to move forward with future plans. Previously being in the industry myself, I knew exactly the rep I was looking for. I jumped online and researched agencies in the area and I came across PRD. Jodi stood out to me so I contacted her immediately, knowing from the conversation we were going to have I would engage Jodi or move on. Within a couple of weeks Jodi presented us with an offer, no further negotiations on price was needed as the offer was exactly what we hoped to achieve, it was a very clean contract. We accepted the offer and waited patiently for the buyers finance approval. Jodi kept us informed throughout the process and contacted us with the good news. We are now proceeding to settlement, my partner and I could not have asked for more. I am writing this review for Jodi as she deserves to be commended for her fantastic work. As a first home buyer, and first investment home buyer Jodi was happy to explain the whole process from making an offer to settlement, along property management options. It made the whole experience so much less confusing, and so much more exciting for me. She was happy to go out of her way to organise extra inspection times, and kept in regular contact to ensure I was confident I knew what I was doing. Jodi did a great job with selling our property. There were some issues with the property but this didn't deter Jodi. She worked her butt off in getting this sale across the line. She communicated with us regularly and told the story as it was both to us as vendors and the purchasers so we all knew all the time what was happening, what the issues were and she was always prepared.
