Jodi was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of purchasing my first investment property. I felt looked after and more importantly, someone who I could trust throughout the journey. I have heard many negative stories about the agents working in their own best interest (e.g. price fixing, big commissions etc) but Jodi was upfront and honest with both the vendor and myself as the buyer. Once an offer was made, I literally got the vendor's approval before I got home which clearly indicates that Jodi has a good grip on the property market. Jodi made it a painless process and encouraged me to organise an independent inspection on the property and very supportive and quick to rectify any concerns we had. Jodi was always contactable and stayed true to her words in handling the property settlement process. It eased a lot of my initial worries I had going into the property market.
