Jodi met us for our first inspection and very capably showed and explained the property features. We were reassured by Jodi's response to questions about the local market. At the subsequent open home Jodi clearly explained next steps then followed up several times during the pre-contract period. Jodi communicated the position on behalf of her vendor succinctly during the days that followed.

We found Jodi an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process of marketing and selling our home. Jodi always responded to any query and was always reassuring when needed while remaining professional at all times. I would recommend Jodi, Colin and the team to anyone searching for someone they can trust.

Great experience! It was made easy

Jodi did an amazing job selling my house. Jodi has a great feel for the local market, set the right marketing, and as such was able to get a huge amount of prospective buyers through the house in a short period of time. Highly recommend!

That’s just one of the things that makes Jodi an excellent agent. We found Jodi to be honest, knowledgeable, and professional. Also friendly, reliable, and prompt at answering any one of our hundreds of questions. Jodi has a knack for matching people with houses. We used her for the purchase and then, four years later, the sale of our house in Penguin. She’s terrific and I would highly recommend her.
