Worked really hard in a market that is rapidly changing in Tassie, definitely thought outside the box, chased down and negotiated offers that other agents wouldn’t have bothered with. What was really important to us was Jodi made it happen, separated the land from the house, although they were on separate titles she dealt with multiple offers and simplified complex negotiations between purchasers, council and vendors. We have sold in the Tassie market before and Jodi & The team performed well above what others have previously delivered.
