I met Jodie at an open house at another property not the one I purchased and found her instantly approachable. So much so I asked her to keep me in mind for a range of property opportunities. This she did and within a short period of time seemed to understand what I was after and the situation I was in. Very intuitive. She arranged to take me to a number of properties happy to lead the way and knew when to leave us to think and talk. At the end of this I had an idea of what I wanted to do and then arranged another viewing in which I put in an offer. She went between client and myself and a desirable out come was quickly achieved with very little back and forth. When I wanted to show my family at the only opportunity which just happened to be mother's Day, it was not a problem for her at all. I was so impressed with her professional standard as well as her humanity that can be so lacking in real estate these days. I would recommend her and have recommended her since my purchase and she even went out of her way to give my girls and I a first night in the house camp out bag of goodies which was on top of the gift that the real estate office gave. She goes above and beyond. If I ever sell I will go to Jodie.
