Selling our first home, we had little knowledge on how things worked, or where to start. We had a few other realtors over but found Jodie to not only be very competitive price wise, but also very supportive, knowledgeable and not pushy like the others. She informed us of all our options but didn't make us feel we had to spend big dollars to get our sale. She offered to take photos of our home instead of paying up to $2000 on professional photography and they turned out just as good if not better then we expected. Jodie was honest and realistic regarding our sale and value of our home which I found very useful.
