We have bought and sold a considerable amount of property and Jodie Curran stands out as the best we have used. She communicated with us (even though we are in NZ), made suggestions and organised property maintenance for us, and advised us not to accept lower offers advising us to wait and she would get us a better price - which she did. This is very unusual for any agent. We asked two other agents to give us appraisals and their prices were lower. Jodie gained the price for us that she had originally recommended and this was higher than the other agents we contacted.
