I have began settlement on a place in Blacktown. I don't like used car salespeople or real estate agents. Typically bad experiences and if I was fortunate then I'd just not be out of pocket or get ripped off. As you'd expect I was suspicious of Starr partners as with every other real estate agent but with starr partners my suspicions dissipated because underneath the pleasantries and professionalism they were forthcoming and transparent. Looking for an apartment was a minefield of strata reports and bullet dodging, not once did Starr Partners try to show me a lemon, everything I passed on was just something I wasn't after. Feels like Starr Partners want you to do your due dilligence! because their strata reports were discounted as the seller would pre pay them. This isn't the case with other places. Jodie was great to deal with, good communication, flexible and informative. if a friend or family member was looking in Blacktown I'd recommend Jodie.
