Sold our house in 3 weeks

Jodie was amazing. We had lots of enquiries from the first day of advertising and we know she was inundated with phone calls. She took each interested client around the 38 acre property and did this 3 times in 1 day getting an offer after only 12 days which we accepted. She kept us informed throughout. We would recommend her to anyone wishing to sell their property. We happened to call in the real estate agents on our way to the property after having decided to sell. Jody helped organise multiple inspections for us and if there was anything she couldn't answer straight away she would look into it and get back to us promptly.

Jodie was very approachable and tenacious once we had a prospective buyer. With the flat market in the area and price range of the house it was difficult to sell. In short the agent had little impact on the initial interest in the property as it had been listed for quite a while, never being relaunched or any type of open house inspections organised. But once the buyer approached the agency Jodie handled the negotiations well.
