This is the second property we asked Jodie to help us to sell. Due to the circumstance, we could not get access to the property for Jodie to properly valuate, but she used the waiting time to do the homework and think of a marketing strategy. By the time we had the first meeting at the property, Jodie has already had the plan ready and waiting to implement. Furthermore, Jodie uses different strategy for different property. As a result, the whole process is effective, efficient and cost saving. In summary, Jodie is agile, hard working, extremely helpful, courteous, friendly and professional. She does not tell you what you want to hear, but what you need to hear! Very wise. We would not be hesitant to use her service again.
