Very happy seller

I gave Jodie a call for advice regarding the potential sale of our house, having had previously had good dealings when she worked in rentals many years prior. Jodie was on site within an hour, and had a proposal to me that evening. When we decided to move ahead with the sale, Jodie was active in trying to achieve a sale and provided excellent written feedback to open homes and inspections. We were very happy to have a contract presented to us in just over 2 weeks, and towards the upper end of the advised price range.
