I had previously met Jodie when she sold my previous Business partners house and was impressed by her charm and confidence in dealing with him as he could be difficult to deal with sometimes after many years of personal experience. When I had to sell my house my first thought was to contact Jodie but to keep friends happy I also had to call in another Real Estate Agent for his views on my property sale. The two were like chalk and cheese...he would not stop quoting the value in sales of their Company even though it was Australia wide and presented nothing in support of his own Agency branch and he did not present the nature by which I wanted any buyers to be confronted with when they visited my house. Jodie immediately presented a calm confident nature upon our first house meeting and outlined fully the way the property would be presented and completely explained the how and why of the advertising campaign. Everything presented was about my house and not what was happening elsewhere in NSW or Australia and I was given complete confidence in my choice of Agents. I knew that when prospective buyers would enter my property they would be met a gracious and charming hostess to show off the house that I have loved dearly of the last 28 years...everybody who entered the house immediately fell in love with it and I have no doubt a lot of it was down the Agent who welcomed them to the property and made them feel like they were entering their own dream home. I was constantly updated as to the private viewings and Open House day results and felt completely at ease with the stress involved in selling my home. I would highly recommend Jodie and Stuart to any person wanting to sell their home and I only wish it was them that I would be dealing with when I move further north to purchase my next property.
