Jody did an excellent job selling our property and achieved the price we were looking for. The pricing for the service was the first selling point for us, one solid package, no hidden extras. Her communications with us were above expectations, keeping us informed every step of the way. She had a challenged getting quality photos to market the property due to our tenants at the time, but she worked 'outside the box' with the resulting advertisement and photos being of the highest standard.
