All is not what it seems?

I know that the agent works for the seller and as a result I probably should have looked much more closely at the property. I have found quite a few things that are not what the "brochure" promoted and at the end of the day I feel that comes down to the agent. If you are wanting a selling agent that will work 100% for you then I would recommend Jody but as a buyer I would say check and double check your information before committing to a purchase.
