Even though we are in a quick selling market currently, we had 3 appraisals, Jody's being $200k above the other 2. Jody had done her research and knew the market the best and had our property sold on the first inspection day. She helped us with negotiations as the purchaser wanted us to simply give him our 6k zero turn mower(Can't hurt to try), she didn't find that fair to us. She helped us push through when our Conveyancers lagged, she was always 100% working for my husband and I. She was always a pleasure to deal with at all stages of our sale.
