I used RateMyAgent to short-list potential agents for my property. I got Jody out for an appraisal, and I kind of knew straight away that she was the agent for me. I felt that she genuinely liked my property, and would be proud to show it to potential buyers. She was very honest about the initial valuation, rather than over-valuing it to secure the listing. During the listing she remained very upbeat despite a few setbacks with atrocious weather and market conditions. I really liked the whole team approach - her team kept me informed of everything that was happening, including quite in-depth regular reports. She would respond to all my questions immediately which I really appreciated. In the end we got the outcome we all wanted - the place sold within 6 weeks, which was fantastic for the current market, and she helped me successfully re-negotiate on the new place I was buying. I love my new place and can't thank Jody enough for helping me secure it.
