In one day I had organised to have 5 local agents through my house at different times for market aprasels. By the time the fourth agent had let I was feeling very deflated and all but decided against selling the house. They had all pretty much told me the market had slowed and with that I could expect $20000 less than what I had hoped for. So I can safely say by the time the 5th agent knocked on my door I was pretty well over what agents had to say. Well within ten minutes of talking to Jody my faith in Real Estate agents was restored.
