I thoroughly recommend Jody, as well as all the staff at Elders in Margate, who were extremely helpful and supportive. Even though I was buying, I always felt as if I was their client, as nothing was too much trouble and there was regular communication at all stages of the purchase.

Jody was a pleasure to deal with. She is very approachable and easy to talk to. She researched the area thoroughly and did a detailed comparison of properties in the area which was really helpful. She also took on board our opinions and worked really hard to try to achieve our desired price. The whole way through the open homes and negotiations Jody was excellent in communicating with us and was always very up front and honest. Jody sold our house for above our desired price and within a short time period. We couldn't be happier and would certainly recommend Jody to others and engage her to sell future properties.
