Jody never ceased to amaze me during the sale of our house. She always walked me through the process and gave frequent updates, always treating me as a person and not a number; there were a few times where I got off the phone with Jody and be asked if I had been talking to an old friend (she is just so friendly!). Jody was amazing at selling our property recently, just as Covid-19 hit.
